BMW of Traverse City is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to join our state-of-the-art service department. In this role, you will diagnose, maintain, and repair some of the most advanced engineering on the road today.

We provide a clean, modern, well-lit facility equipped with the latest diagnostic tools, giving you everything you need to succeed. Whether you are an experienced master tech or a rising automotive professional looking to specialize in European luxury, we offer the training and support to help you thrive.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
  • Diagnostics & Repair: Perform accurate electronic and mechanical diagnostics to identify vehicle issues and execute high-quality repairs.

  • Routine Maintenance: Complete standard maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake services, alignments, and fluid flushes, according to BMW factory specifications.

  • Quality Assurance: Road-test vehicles to ensure all repairs are completed correctly and the vehicle meets safety and performance standards.

  • Documentation: Keep clear, accurate records of all work performed, parts used, and diagnostic findings on repair orders.

  • Ongoing Education: Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training and certification courses to stay current on evolving automotive technology.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):
