Position Summary:

The Delivery Specialist will assist clients with the technology involved with their new purchase.  This position works directly with customers to explain and demonstrate the different options and technology available on the BMW products.  The Delivery Specialist trains to become a subject matter expert on BMW technology and afterwards provides a complete explanation of vehicle features, warranty and maintenance schedule to clients.  We are looking for someone who is outgoing, articulate, familiar with technology and has outstanding customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Present BMW vehicle features, technical and dynamic systems and controls in an effective manner that ensures customer understanding.
  • Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge.  Conduct continuous research and maintain a collection of BMW product and technical information.
  • Develop and practice presentations for all BMW vehicles and their features.
  • Introduce and explain quick guides and online resources for more in-depth information.
  • Other duties as assigned.

IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service highly preferred
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
