Perform upgrade of LDAC BMC Remedy Software within DoD environment. Apply BMC Remedy expertise in GAP analysis, troubleshooting, problem solving, and patching in DoD Remedy environment


JOB REQUIREMENTS

(Requires a Masters +10 years experience or a Bachelors +12 years of experience)


Security+ Certification Required
Full lifecycle Remedy expertise to include BMC Remedy installation, upgrade, and data migration in a DoD Remedy environment
Installation, configuration, administration, and customization of Remedy ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, SLM, Knowledge Management, SRM, AIE, AI, and CMDB.
Installation and administration of Remedy SSO.
Implementation of Remedy server version patches, troubleshooting, problem solving
Demonstrated knowledge of :
