About Bluegreen Vacations: We operate as kiosk and store within a store concepts located in Bass Pro Shops®, Inc., Tanger Outlets, Premium Outlets and select Walmart locations; we market and sell face to face vacation packages to customers at over 100 retail locations and sporting events (including NASCAR races, PGA events and more) across the nation. If you enjoy meeting new people, have a desire to engage in face to face sales with shoppers, believe you have a positive, winning attitude and a desire to succeed, then APPLY IMMEDIATELY! Working 30 hours/week with a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends, provides full time benefits with unlimited earning potential. After completing our thorough training program, you will be an expert in our products; ranging from promoting our partners to enrolling customers in reward programs and selling vacation getaways.
Job Description
As a successful Sales Rep, you must have an engaging and driven personality as you will be speaking with 20-30 customers a day, reviewing information and selling packages. If you want to be a part of a fast-paced and energetic environment that thrives on teamwork and allows you to utilize your talents to share happiness with others, this is the position for you! Responsibilities: * Provide excellent service by fulfilling the vacation and travel needs of every customer * Maintain standards of lead collection, package and cruise certificate sales, hotel bookings, rental car referrals, membership/reward enrollments and renewals as well as other assigned sales or marketing promotions * Display positive, courteous and respectful behavior towards the company, fellow associates, our customers and business partners * Positively represent our company's purpose and core values through all actions and behaviors to ensure a high level of integrity and customer service * Attend and actively participate in trainings and meetings
Qualifications
Previous sales/marketing experience (nice to have) * Customer service experience (a plus) * A college degree is nice to have but an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
