Commercial Plumbing Project Manager
The Plumbing Project Manager takes ownership, delivers excellence, and leads projects from concept to closeout.
Responsibilities
  • Lead project kickoff and setup (job creation, submittals, planning)
  • Manage project timelines and schedules based on initial estimates
  • Order materials and equipment to keep jobs moving efficiently
  • Handle project documentation and administration from start to finish
  • Produce, price, and manage change orders
  • Own the project budget and ensure profitability
  • Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, and field teams
  • Interpret plans, specs, and legal contracts with clarity and confidence
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Stay current with industry trends and technology tools

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience required
  • 3-10+ years of plumbing or mechanical project management experience
  • PMP or B.S. in Construction Management preferred
  • Experience with Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Tech is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD, Vista, and Bluebeam a bonus
  • Solid understanding of blueprints, specs, contracts, and job cost tracking
