About the Role

Blue Valley Heating & Cooling & Horizon is looking for a Licensed HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems across the Longmont/Englewood, CO area.
You'll join a team that values quality workmanship and steady, year-round work.
What You'll Do

  • Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers
  • Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

  • Colorado HVAC license/certification as required for the role
  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

The pay for this position is uncapped and technicians could earn $100,000-$150,000/year. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
