At Everpure, we believe in harnessing the power of technology to elevate how we work. The Finance Transformation team is on a mission to modernize, streamline, and future-proof our finance and operational functions.

We are seeking a hands-on AI & Automation Program Lead, Finance Transformation. to drive our automation, AI, and process innovation efforts across the CAO (Chief Accounting Office) organization. This role requires a strong partnership mindset, working closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, identify opportunities, and deliver scalable automation and AI solutions that make a measurable impact.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the AI & Automation Program Lead, Finance Transformation, you will own the AI and automation program for the CAO / Finance Transformation organization. You will:

  • Partner with cross functional teams within the CAO organization and the wider part of the CFO Org to reassess business processes and identify areas for automation and AI innovation. Collaborate with IT, data engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable deployments.
  • Document current and future states, and build business cases (ROI, risk, cost/benefit) for automation initiatives.
  • Define a roadmap using tools, platforms, and technologies (e.g. RPA, low-code/no-code solutions, AI services, data integration tools) that align with the CFO strategies, Pure’s enterprise architecture and landscape.
  • Design, prototype, and implement automation solutions (e.g. Alteryx, Power Automate, bots, scripts, integrations) to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve data accuracy.
  • Serve as both a strategic advisor and hands‑on executor, capable of configuring tools, integrating APIs, or building automations as needed.
  • Establish and maintain governance, controls, and documentation around automated and AI processes (e.g. audit trails, exception handling).
  • Train and enable finance and business teams to adopt and sustain automation solutions.
  • Stay current on emerging AI and automation trends, tools, and best practices to continuously evolve Everpure’s automation capabilities.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for someone who can bridge business needs and technical capabilities. The right candidate is analytical, collaborative, and execution-focused.

Required / Core Competencies
  • 7+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operations, preferably within finance, accounting, or shared services.
  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with automation, RPA, AI/ML, or workflow tools (e.g. Alteryx, Power Automate, UiPath, scripting).
  • Strong ability to map processes, elicit requirements, and perform gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing automation or AI solutions in a business environment.
  • Solid understanding of data integration, APIs, and databases (SQL, ETL).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a mastery of being able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to lead end‑to‑end initiatives independently and deliver measurable results.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, billing, financial, or accounting systems).
Preferred / Nice to Have
  • Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks or services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google Vertex, OpenAI APIs).
  • Knowledge of governance, controls, and audit considerations for automated processes in finance.
  • Experience supporting change management and training for technology adoption.
  • Exposure to finance transformation or shared services environments.

The annual base salary range is:

$138,000 — $207,000 USD

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
