Job description

Blue Ocean Inc. is a leading third-party service provider based in North America that combines fulfillment center, warehousing, technical support, and logistics along with after-sales support. We are a one-stop forward and reverse logistics service company that focuses on third-party online retailers. Customers have access to a turn-key system, a streamlined operation process, and a professional team to solve their problems with Life-Cycle Logistics.

After more than 10 years of rapid development, Blue Ocean Inc has established mature and stable automated cargo distribution and return procedures. Currently, we have distribution centers in OR, CA, DE, NH, TN, TX, PA, and FL.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive, inspect, count, and register inbound shipments accurately, ensuring timely processing and inventory accuracy.

2. Safely operate forklifts, manual pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks to load, unload, transport, and organize products within the warehouse.

3. Efficiently sort, stock, replenish, and organize inventory according to warehouse procedures and designated storage locations.

4. Follow work orders, shipping notes, and operational instructions to accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.

5. Perform outbound shipping duties, including packaging products, verifying order accuracy, and applying shipping labels.

6. Use warehouse systems to complete data entry, update inventory records, and process inbound and outbound transactions.

7. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following all company safety policies and procedures.

8. Support both inbound and outbound warehouse operations and perform other duties as assigned to meet operational needs.

Job Requirement:

  • 1-2 years of work experience in a warehouse environment is required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in both Chinese and English. 
  • Forklift operating experience is required.
  • Ability to safely operate forklifts, manual pallet jacks, and electric pallet jacks.
  • Basic computer skills, including keyboard typing and data entry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to understand and consistently follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and coordinate effectively across warehouse operations.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and over 50 pounds with assistance.
