Job Opportunity At L.N. Curtis & Sons

Our family owned business is changing the way our fulfillment and logistics team work with our fire and blue line customers and solving some of our biggest logistical challenges.

Performs picking operations within the fulfillment center, assists in warehouse cycle counting as well as selects and packs customer orders. You will use radio frequency handheld devices to move through directed pick & pack operations; fast paced physical position that gets you up and moving. Works a set full time schedule or part time mornings or evenings.

Duties and Responsibilities to Include:
  • Pick โ€“ Process โ€“ Pack orders accurately.
  • Receive โ€“ Process โ€“ Put away orders accurately.
  • Achieve metrics standards.
  • Organize stock and warehouse space.
  • Conduct cycle counts.
  • Examine product for defect or damages.
  • Abide by company safety and hygiene protocols.
  • Keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
  • Other duties as required.
Prerequisite Core Competencies:
  • Proven warehouse experience.
  • Ability to operate a hand truck, pallet jack and other NON driving warehouse equipment.
  • Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Basic math skills; addition โ€“ subtraction โ€“ multiplication โ€“ division.
  • Team player with organization skills.
  • Ability to lift or move heavy products.
Experience Required:
  • High School Diploma.
