As a licensed mental health counselor, you will work with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A fully licensed professional in New York as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Registered (LCSW-R), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in mental health counseling practices and therapeutic methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients and working collaboratively with colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills to manage caseloads effectively and prioritize competing responsibilities.

• Previous experience in a community mental health setting or similar roles where collaboration with treatment teams was essential.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
• Experience in providing remote therapy sessions via telehealth platforms.
