• Engage directly with clients to establish and achieve personalized treatment goals, ensuring that each session is tailored to their individual needs.

• Develop, implement, and periodically assess comprehensive treatment plans while maintaining appropriate clinical documentation in a timely manner.

• Maintain an organized caseload and keep accurate session notes, reflecting each patient's progress and strategy adjustments.

• Must hold a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in mental health counseling or equivalent relevant fields for at least 2 years.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources and referral processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential for building rapport with clients and collaborating with team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for managing caseloads effectively.

• Experience working within a telehealth framework is advantageous, as is familiarity with virtual communication platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to engage diverse clientele and cultural competence in addressing varying mental health needs.

Clear Mind Psychological Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
