As a Mental Health Counselor with our clinic, you will participate in a unique outpatient model that allows you to engage with clients remotely while still benefiting from a team-oriented approach. • Engaging directly with clients to establish and monitor treatment goals, ensuring a tailored approach that meets their individual needs.
• Delivering evidence-based, prevention-focused therapy that empowers clients to overcome challenges effectively.
• Regularly implementing, reviewing, and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
• Collaborating with external treatment providers, including primary care physicians and community mental health resources, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Managing a caseload with efficiency, applying organizational skills to balance multiple clients' needs.
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and support.
• Enhancing our therapeutic environment by promoting positive interactions and fostering a supportive team culture.

Our counseling services focus on a diverse clientele, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for working with various age groups and backgrounds, adapting their therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each person. You will have the opportunity to help clients navigate their mental health journeys and achieve lasting positive outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid state-issued license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and/or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in mental health counseling or a closely related field.
• Proficient understanding of community mental health resources and best practices in therapeutic techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster effective interactions with clients and team members.
• A strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients, promoting open and honest dialogue during sessions.
• Leadership qualities that encourage innovation and collaboration among peers.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline documentation and client management.
• Specialization or training in areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or family therapy.
• Knowledge of insurance and credentialing processes to assist with client management and reimbursements.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to a robust salary package, we provide comprehensive benefits including:
