Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for required adjustments needed to fulfill the product specification requirements such as weight, color distribution, and cycle times.
  • Retrieves PLC programming information, evaluate, and makes adjustments
  • Control and adjust machine settings
  • Ensures adherence to quality standards
  • Will be responsible for daily production records and quality control records for any and all lines assigned to operate
  • Answer machine alarms as they occur and address the root cause.
  • Coordinate process operations to ensure efficiency, including, communicate with production personnel
  • Must be able to keep up to date on process alterations and general procedures by reading logs, special procedures and posted notices
  • Responsible for housekeeping & maintaining a clean work area
  • Troubleshoot, preventative maintenance and minor repair on blow mold and support equipment
  • Perform daily set up and bottle size changeovers on all equipment

1st Shift (Monday - Friday, most Saturday's) 7:00am-3:00pm
2nd Shift (Monday - Friday, most Saturday's) 3:00pm-11:00pm
3rd Shift (Monday - Friday, most Saturday's) 11:00pm-7:00am
