Job description

Milkco is seeking a 1st shift Junior Blow Mold Operator for the Blow Mold Department. Blow Mold Operators are responsible for running the machines that create plastic milk jugs. During daily production runs, an Operator starts up & shuts down the machine, makes continuous adjustments for quality control during production, and repairs the machines as needed. This position is full-time & requires working alternate Saturdays (no more than 5 work days total each week), 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.
  • Have some prior experience in a production environment.
  • Be a quick learner and very reliable with a positive attitude.

Compensation Information:

  • Automatic 60-Day Pay Review

Employment Requirements:

  • Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening (provided by Milkco).
  • Will conduct a Criminal Background Check.
  • Must pass an E-Verify Screening.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand a minimum of 7 hours per day.

Experience:

  • Will train the right person.
  • Prefer that applicants have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must want to work and have excellent attendance.
  • Need to be cooperative and able to get along with a lot of people.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to contribute in a team atmosphere
