Job description

Supports sales or revenue operations through managing data, systems, or processes that enable sales execution and financial alignment. Responsibilities may include maintaining sales technology platforms, ensuring data accuracy, facilitating pricing and proposal workflows, or coordinating cross-functional activities between Sales, Finance, or Operations. The role contributes to process standardization, system optimization, and the integration of analytical inputs into operational decision-making.
What you will do:
Business Operations Specialist - Finance
  • Research subscription and customer data to validate accuracy and provide optimal pricing proposals.
  • Maintain current knowledge of Bloomberg INDG products, policies, and procedures to support internal and external customers.
  • Self-monitor and manage workflows through various systems to ensure timeliness and accuracy of proposals, invoices, and sales credit payments.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and strategic partners to resolve questions and meet customer requirements.
  • Calculate incremental value of sales and assign sales credit to appropriate sales teams, products, and categories.
  • Coordinate, prepare, and review new sales contracts and renewals of existing contracts.
  • Verify and grant appropriate and timely electronic access to customers.
  • Analyze customer and subscription data and present the findings in a simple manner.

You need to have:
