Willow & Bloom Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote outpatient team in Snellville, Georgia. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based individual and group therapy to clients, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments and intake evaluations to understand client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate their goals and strengths.
  • Implement case management strategies by connecting clients with vital community resources such as housing, employment assistance, and additional mental health services.
  • Address acute mental health crises by providing immediate stability through crisis intervention techniques while ensuring safety and confidentiality.

  • Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation that accurately reflects client interactions and complies with ethical standards and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Current, unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
