This remote position operates within the structure of a community health clinic, which allows our therapists to have flexible access to resources while working closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based individual and group therapy to clients, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and intake evaluations to understand client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate their goals and strengths.
• Implement case management strategies by connecting clients with vital community resources such as housing, employment assistance, and additional mental health services.
• Address acute mental health crises by providing immediate stability through crisis intervention techniques while ensuring safety and confidentiality.
• Continuously monitor treatment progress through regular assessments and adjust care plans accordingly to meet changing client needs.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation that accurately reflects client interactions and complies with ethical standards and state regulations.
• Engage in professional collaboration with other team members and community resources to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in clinical social work and enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be critical in guiding clients from different cultural backgrounds through their struggles, ensuring therapy is accessible and culturally competent to promote healing and growth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapy and clinical services in an outpatient, clinical, or healthcare setting.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with specific therapeutic frameworks and specialized training in areas such as trauma recovery, grief counseling, or family therapy.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ youth and underrepresented communities, is highly valued.
• Strong case management skills with a proven ability to help clients navigate community resources effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid time off, and flexible work hours.
