Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and comprehensive interviews.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to meet individual client goals, ensuring a thoughtful and client-focused approach to care.
  • Facilitate individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, applying appropriate therapeutic interventions to address a range of mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and support staff, to create a cohesive treatment plan that meets all aspects of our clients' mental health needs.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, emphasizing the importance of patient confidentiality.
