POSITION SUMMARY

The Member Relations Manager's primary duty is increasing Member experience at the Club and fostering a Friend Friendly culture.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

•2 to 4 years of related experience insales, marketing or communications preferably in the club, golf/hospitality industry, or equivalent combination of education andexperience.

•4-year college degree preferred.

•Experience working as a socialmedia manager, email marketing,and websites desired.

•Proficient in computer software including Canva, Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and CRM.

•Solid time management, organization, and prioritization skills; ability to work independently.

•Legible handwriting skills.

•Excellent customer service orientation and focus on customer satisfaction required.

•Positive attitude and outgoing personality preferred.

•Ability to follow through on work assignments.

•Professional appearance; grooming and dress consistent with company guidelines.

•Knowledge of golf desirable.

•Strong leadership and people skills, plus the ability to build, foster, and support a team environment.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•Partner with the Membership Director to coordinate new member orientations, mixers and connection initiatives that help new members feel welcomed and engaged during their first year.

•Coordinate weekly member communications, including the Wednesday Women’s Association Blog and the Friday All-Member email update. Responsibilities include gathering content from all departments, writing engaging copy, and highlighting upcoming Club and Member events.

•Lead the Club’s social media presence as a key communication tool to share events, engage with Members, and celebrate our community. Create and post content that highlights Club activities, recognizes Members and Team Members, and fosters connection using Facebook and Instagram.

•Maintain the Club's online activities calendar and website.

•Update Events & Member Boards as needed.

•Design and produce event flyers and member communications using Canva, ensuring timely distribution and professional presentation of signage throughout the Clubhouse.

•Maintain clear internal communication by creating a monthly event binder that includes event descriptions, dates, and flyers to keep all fellow Team Members informed and engaged.

•Maintain and distribute a New Member Profile binder to all departments to support personalized service and member recognition.

•Assist with membership administration, including processing new member sign-ups, managing resignations, and maintaining accurate membership records.

•Greet guests and answer Club calls courteously, assess their needs, and direct them to the appropriate team member or department.

•Maintains organizational files and records.
