  • Support development of short-form content (social posts, emails, newsletters, UGC highlights)
  • Help repurpose creator and customer content across platforms

Community Engagement
  • Manage day-to-day activity in community spaces (e.g., youtube, Facebook, forums, social comments)
  • Respond to comments, questions, and conversations in a timely and brand-aligned way
  • Identify and engage active members, advocates, and contributors
  • Support community initiatives such as AMAs, challenges, and events

Campaign & Program Support
  • Assist with execution of creator collaborations, campaigns, and launches
  • Coordinate logistics for community events (virtual or in-person)
  • Help onboard creators, ambassadors, or community members into programs

Analytics & Reporting
  • Track performance metrics across content and community channels
  • Compile reports on engagement, growth, and campaign performance
  • Surface insights and trends to improve future content and engagement strategies

Operations & Collaboration
  • Maintain tools and systems (content calendars, community platforms, project trackers)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all touchpoints

Qualifications and experience
What We're Looking For
  • 1-4 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or community management
  • Strong written communication skills with an eye for brand voice and tone
  • Passion for social media, online communities, and digital culture
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable engaging directly with customers and creators

Nice to Have
  • Experience managing communities on platforms like Slack, Discord, or Reddit
  • Familiarity with content and social tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout, Notion, Canva)
  • Experience supporting influencer or creator campaigns
  • Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, social insights, etc.)
