Job description

At Audible, we believe stories have the power to transform lives. It's why we work with some of the world's leading creators to produce and share audio storytelling with our millions of global listeners. We are dreamers and inventors who come from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences to empower and inspire each other.

Imagine your future with us.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a Creator Marketing Manager to help grow and accelerate Audible's creator ecosystem and product offerings globally. This role has an outbound focus - you'll be a storyteller, working across all external-facing channels (website, blog, paid media, SEO, email, influencer marketing, and events) to bring products together into cohesive messaging for Audible's audiences, particularly authors and narrators. You'll get exposure to both B2B and B2C audiences - working with end consumers who listen to audiobooks and the creators who produce that content.
You'll run integrated, multi-channel campaigns where all your marketing channels work together with consistent messaging and coordinated timing

You'll also build and manage the content strategies and editorial calendars that guide execution across these channels.
You'll have the opportunity to shape the future of Audible's creator products by translating the needs of authors, publishers, narrators, and other creative stakeholders into customer-centric strategies that inform technology, content partnerships, and marketing investment. Your work will surprise and delight the creators who bring content to our catalog across the globe. You'll contribute to defining our go-to-market strategy with an eye on expanding Audible's value proposition for creators, growing our content supply, and deepening relationships with the creative community that powers our catalog.
ABOUT YOU
You're a hands-on marketer who can flex between strategy and execution

You've run integrated campaigns across multiple channels and know how to coordinate messaging, timing, and content so everything works together - not in silos. You're comfortable building editorial calendars, writing briefs, managing paid media, and partnering with cross-functional teams to bring a product story to life.
You're a generalist and an athlete - someone who wears multiple hats and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You have a passion for data-driven results, a spirit that anything is possible, and an unapologetic focus on the customer

You thrive in a highly collaborative environment where people are driven, enthusiastic, and not afraid to take risks. Your mission (and ours) is unique: fill hearts, minds, and souls with premium audio content that entertains, informs, and enriches.
As a Creator Marketing Manager, you will...
- Define and deeply understand Audible's target audiences - both consumers and creators - and champion their needs throughout the organization
- Craft compelling product stories and messaging for existing and prospective customers by creating clear and consistent propositions articulated through effective messaging
- Run integrated, multi-channel campaigns with ownership across paid media, editorial content, email, social, SEO, and other touchpoints - ensuring consistent messaging and coordinated timing
- Build and manage content strategies and editorial calendars that guide multi-channel execution across website, blog, paid media, SEO, and other marketing touchpoints
- Partner with Product teams to understand the product story and translate it for external audiences - developing positioning and messaging that drives awareness, demand, and adoption
- Drive business case development, bringing together customer insights, research, financial data, and analytics to develop a perspective on revenue and profitability potential for new-to-market initiatives
- Partner with Finance, Analytics, and Data Science to define, measure, and report on success and opportunity areas
- Communicate marketing plans and campaign performance to stakeholders and leadership
ABOUT AUDIBLE
Audible is the leading producer and provider of audio storytelling. We spark listeners' imaginations, offering immersive, cinematic experiences full of inspiration and insight to enrich our customers daily lives

We are a global company with an entrepreneurial spirit. We are dreamers and inventors who are passionate about the positive impact Audible can make for our customers and our neighbors. This spirit courses throughout Audible, supporting a culture of creativity and inclusion built on our People Principles and our mission to build more equitable communities in the cities we call home.
