Position Summary

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive the success of CellarioOS and DIY Automation solutions in the life sciences automation space. This role is responsible for defining personas, crafting go-to-market strategies, enabling sales teams, leading content and thought leadership efforts, conducting market analysis, and shaping pricing strategies. You will work cross-functionally with product management, sales, and marketing teams to drive adoption and revenue growth.

ResponsibilitiesProduct Marketing
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiation strategies.
  • Define customer personas and craft compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to automation engineers and scientists.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and enhancements.
  • Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, datasheets, battle cards, and training resources.
  • Drive content strategy and thought leadership, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and conference presentations.
Strategic Business Development & Customer Engagement
  • Engage with customers to influence and drive demand for orchestration solutions as part of digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Gather and analyze voice of customer (VOC) insights to refine messaging, improve products, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Deliver customer presentations and proposals in collaboration with the sales team
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles within life sciences, lab automation, or enterprise software.
  • Experience crafting messaging and go-to-market for enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory automation, drug discovery, synthetic biology, or genomics markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions.
  • Experience with sales enablement, including content creation and training.
  • Ability to analyze market data, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to drive strategy.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
