Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Enterprise products that embed blockchain technology into third-party products.
  • Deeply understand partner pain points through data, support tickets, user interviews, and direct partner feedback, and translate those insights into product decisions.
  • Partner with design, engineering, compliance, and customer success to ship features that meaningfully improve the customer experience.
  • Use AI tools extensively to accelerate research, prioritization, documentation, and analysis - fluency in AI-assisted workflows is expected.
  • Utilize LLMs to generate prototype applications and experiences in order to accurately communicate your vision.
  • Write clear, concise product requirements and user stories that keep the customer at the center.
  • Define success metrics and instrumentation for widgets/embedded experiences; monitor performance and iterate post-launch.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and clear stakeholder communication (problem framing, tradeoffs, sequencing, rollouts).
  • Ensure scalable, consistent solutions (component reuse, UX standards, API contracts, and documentation that reduces integration friction).

Required Qualifications and Skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in product management, engineering, or customer service (or equivalent role with product ownership and feature delivery responsibility).
  • The ability to create user-facing product experiences (web/mobile/embedded) - ideally widgets, portals, or integration-heavy UX.
  • A genuine obsession with customer experience - you think in journeys, not system flows.
  • Strong written product craft: PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and stakeholder communications.
  • Comfortable working with technical concepts: APIs, webhooks, authentication, integrations, and edge cases ( you should be able to code with an LLM's help).
  • Ability to operate well in ambiguity with a strong bias toward action and iteration.
  • Strong attention to detail: At the end of your resume, add a section that describes an impactful embedded financial services experience and why you chose to include it.
  • Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Notion, and Figma.

What We Offer
  • Innovation and Impact: Contribute to pioneering projects in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Competitive Compensation: Performance bonuses, and comprehensive benefits on top of a competitive salary.
  • Strong Company Culture: Thrive in a supportive, collegiate environment with values of integrity, teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
  • Global Collaboration: Participate in regular updates, strategy sessions, and networking opportunities across the group.
  • Development Opportunities: Access training and mentorship programs.
  • Flexibility: Enjoy options to work from home, other locations, or adjust your hours.
  • Inclusive Environment: Value and respect diverse perspectives.

Our Benefits
  • Annual bonus program based on individual, team and company performance.
  • Home office stipend for a productive setup.
  • Generous PTO, healthcare, and employee assistance programs.
  • Engaging events and celebrations.
  • Well-stocked office kitchen with a foodie culture.
