DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

The web3 Data/Analytics product manager will lead the effort to bring to market a unique, scalable and flexible big data/analytics platform for the blockchain based financial services market. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in and/or have experience developing data platforms and applications for financial services and will have broad financial services industry experience. This person should be self‑motivated, eager to learn and will take responsibility for defining the business requirements and driving the business results for our LedgerScan data/analytics platform. The Product Manager requires keen business analysis and communication skills to draft and present business requirements to both internal and external partners for ratification.

In this role you’ll be working in a fast‑moving, high‑energy environment with some of the best data scientists, blockchain engineers and web3 architects. You’ll be expected to take ownership of the product P&L and have the experience and maturity to work with clients and executives. You will work with your peer business and technology peers to create and deliver an integrated portfolio roadmap that delights our customers, excites, and fulfills your team members and achieves our financial objectives.

Your Primary Responsibilities
  • Understands the market and how our products are differentiated and compete.
  • Has broad technical knowledge about the industry and requirements, but not necessarily skilled in architecture or development practices.
  • Is responsible for product structure, pricing, and management of the product P&L.
  • Has good written and verbal communication skills vital to represent the product line to customers, analysts and the media.
  • Is the trusted business advisor for the sales team, and the prime interface for internal deal support and representation.
  • Provides management of the Product Roadmap by prioritizing the development of features based on customer and market needs.
  • Leads cross‑functional teams by defining the Why and What will be built in the DeFi application space.
  • Analyzes and documents client requirements.
  • Conducts product demonstrations in support of sales opportunities.
  • Creates detailed technical proposals and business architectures.
  • Leads the response to technical RFPs and documentation requests.
  • Develops Sales Enablement and trains Sales on Product Value proposition.
  • Coordinates internal and external resources for efficient and effective execution of projects.
  • Assists in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant partners and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensures resource availability and allocation.
  • Develops detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Manages changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Reports and calls out to management as needed.
  • Manages the relationship with the client and all partners.
  • Uses and continually develops leadership skills.
  • Attends conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
Additional Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in the appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience. Relevant additional qualifications, e.g., a CFA, are a major benefit.
  • Experience with Agile development practices especially in the role of Product Owner.
  • Strong interest in blockchain and digital asset ecosystem and demonstrable knowledge of major DeFi protocols.
  • Excellent customer‑facing and internal communication skills.
  • Able to lead and direct the work of others.
  • Flexibility, a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn are key.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
