About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to support business partnership/planning by translating business goals into human capital strategies and serve as a lead for HR processes, manage HR operations/total rewards administration & drive talent development/global HR-systems adaptation.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze team data to provide insight for enhancing team structure, optimizing talent flow & supporting organizational planning.
  • Oversee HRIS system integrity & implement automated workflows/data management.
  • Design compensation/benefits structures, including specialized retirement vehicles (e.g., 401k/RSUs) & flexible benefit plans.
  • Guide managers/employees on multiple-state employment laws/regulations while resolving associated issues.
  • Identify team performance issues & design/deliver training programs to improve employees’ skills, knowledge & leadership capabilities.
 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Sound knowledge of compensation & benefits programs/training & development/employment law.
  • Strong data analytical skills to identify/adapt core HR functions (e.g., recruiting/compensation/performance evaluation).
  • Excellent ability to manage HRIS systems & design training programs.
  • Proficiency in SPSS & advanced Excel.

Target annual salary compensation for this role performed is $70,000 to $90,000. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by the skills and experience of qualified candidates.
