Location: Jersey City, NJ / Dallas, TX / Tampa, FL - Onsite (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY!)
Type: Contract
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Hyperledger Besu Expert to provide technical leadership in deploying, configuring, and maintaining enterprise-grade blockchain solutions. This role involves integrating Ethereum-compatible smart contracts, managing private transactions, and ensuring compliance with enterprise security and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain Hyperledger Besu nodes in large-scale, enterprise-grade environments.
  • Integrate Ethereum-compatible smart contracts and manage private transactions using Besu's privacy features.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams to ensure secure key management, system integrity, and compliance with DTCC standards.
  • Implement and support IBFT 2.0 consensus mechanisms and network permissioning.
  • Monitor and optimize blockchain performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and other monitoring tools.
  • Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery across blockchain environments.
  • Provide technical expertise on blockchain security, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and best practices for Besu deployment and management.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven expertise in Hyperledger Besu with enterprise deployments.
