About the Opportunity

Were seeking aGrowth Marketing Strategistto join our team and take a leading role in driving the growth of the Sei ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the blockchain space (crypto or Web3), with proven expertise in creating and executing impactful growth campaigns. Youll identify strategic opportunities, build key partnerships, and craft compelling narratives that resonate with Seis community and stakeholders. Requirements
  • Develop Ecosystem Marketing Strategies:Design and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Sei ecosystem, engaging developers, partners, and the broader community to drive adoption and brand visibility.
  • Identify Collaboration Opportunities:Evaluate and build partnerships and co-marketing initiatives within the ecosystem to amplify Seis reach and solidify its position as the fastest layer 1 blockchain.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends:Monitor emerging industry trends, narratives, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for ecosystem growth and alignment with Seis vision.
  • Content Development:Craft engaging and educational content, such as blog posts, articles, videos, and thought leadership pieces, to inspire and connect with the Sei community.
  • Community & KOL Management:Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, and stakeholders, strengthening Seis position as a trusted partner in the blockchain ecosystem.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams to ensure ecosystem marketing aligns with Seis broader goals and brand messaging.
Responsibilities
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on crypto, blockchain, or Web3.
  • Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystem dynamics, including key stakeholders, trends, and opportunities.
