In addition to core operational delivery, you will play a key role in driving process improvements and supporting initiatives focused on automation, scalability, and efficiency. You will partner closely with stakeholders across Accounting, Pricing, Technology, and Product teams to support new product launches and ensure operational readiness for evolving digital asset structures.
As a people leader, you will be responsible for developing talent, managing performance, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment. • Advanced knowledge of alternative investments with a focus on digital assets, including an understanding of how blockchain technology supports the recording and reconciliation of portfolio transactions
  • Experience leading teams and overseeing day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions
  • Proven ability to drive process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Strong understanding of risk management, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and escalate issues effectively

The team plays an important role in ensuring processes and controls are effectively designed and executed to support a growing and increasingly complex set of digital asset products.
Working closely with business and technology partners, the team supports the integration of blockchain-related data into accounting workflows, drives process improvements, and enhances transparency and efficiency across operations. This includes supporting new product launches and ensuring operational readiness through scalable and well-controlled processes.
