Job description

We are looking for a commercial bricklayer who is responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining masonry structures on commercial and industrial job sites such as office buildings, schools, hospitals, and retail centers. This role requires precision, speed, and the ability to work as part of a larger construction crew.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lay brick, concrete block, and stone for commercial structures
  • Build structural and non-structural walls, partitions, and facades
  • Install brick veneer and exterior cladding systems
  • Work with scaffolding, lifts, and other construction equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Mix mortar or operate machinery that prepares mortar
  • Ensure alignment, level, and structural integrity of masonry
  • Perform waterproofing and insulation integration where required
  • Repair or restore existing commercial masonry
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and company
