Job Description:
About the Role:
The Blender role at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
  • Consistently lifting 50lbs throughout a day
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast paced and dirty environment
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Completing paperwork and quality checks

This full-time role starts at $27.76 per hour plus differential on a 2nd shift, 1:00pm-9:00pm Monday-Friday schedule.
About You:
You'll fit right in if you have:
  • Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment - food manufacturing a plus
  • Ability to use a computer for documenting production information and printing paperwork
