Blender Mixer Operator

POSITION – Blender Operator

JOB LOCATION – Milwaukee, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp to hire or direct hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd shift, 3:30pm to 2am Monday through Thursday

STARTING PAY – $20.77 an hour

BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma or GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of experience



What You’ll Do:

As a Blender Operator, you will handle the hands-on logistics of fluid production, from raw material arrival to final quality testing.

  • Precision Blending: Measure, weigh, and load raw materials into blending machines according to specific recipes.
  • Logistics & Flow: Assist in loading/unloading bulk liquids from tank trucks and rail cars. You’ll monitor gauges, operate pumps, and manage the flow of oil and fluids into storage tanks.
  • Quality Control: Draw samples for lab analysis and perform basic tests for viscosity and density to ensure every batch meets our standards.
  • Inventory & Tech: Use our ERP (computer) system to maintain accurate records, track inventory, and document production data.
  • Equipment Care: Inspect pipelines, valves, and flanges for malfunctions. Perform basic maintenance and maintain a clean, sanitized work area.


What We Are Looking For:
  • Mechanical Aptitude: You enjoy working with your hands, using tools, and troubleshooting equipment.
  • Math & Tech Skills: Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide. You should be comfortable using a PC (spreadsheets/reporting).
  • Reliability: A track record of punctual and regular attendance.
  • Safety First: A commitment to wearing PPE and following all safety protocols in a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and use up to 80 lbs of force to position hoses/tools. You must be comfortable climbing stairs/ladders to access the tops of tanks and rail cars.

It was a tradition that names derived in such a way would bring success to that person or business.
