Job description

Job Title: Blending Operator

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Blending Operator to support production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, blending, and processing materials according to established procedures while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate blending equipment and machinery according to production procedures
  • Measure, weigh, and mix materials accurately following batch instructions
  • Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting as needed
  • Complete production documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Follow GMP, safety, and quality guidelines at all times
  • Perform in-process inspections to ensure product meets specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, blending, mixing, or production preferred
  • Ability to follow written procedures and batch instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Must be dependable and able to work the assigned schedule
  • Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment is a plus
