Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled .NET Blazor Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain modern web-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in C#/.NET development, Blazor, SQL, and front-end technologies, with the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, system architects, and development teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, debug, and document complex web-based and client/server applications using C#, .NET, Blazor, SQL, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Develop and implement front-end and back-end application components using C# .NET Blazor, SQL Server, Oracle, stored procedures, and related technologies.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality applications.
  • Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain, enhance, and support existing applications while ensuring software remains current with evolving technologies.
  • Develop secure, responsive, and user-friendly web and mobile applications using Visual Studio, .NET Core 9.0, and DevExpress.
  • Implement secure payment acceptance functionality and other interactive application features where applicable.
  • Conduct research and technical analysis to identify opportunities for application enhancements and process improvements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Recommend and implement best practices for application development, performance optimization, and software quality.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Perform other development and support responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience developing web-based software applications.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience performing root cause analysis and issue resolution.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience developing applications using:
    • C#
    • .NET Framework/.NET Core

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in an Agile SDLC environment.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management tools.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience developing applications using C# .NET Blazor.

  • Experience migrating or modernizing legacy applications (Java, Windows Forms, or similar) to C# .NET Blazor.
  • Knowledge of responsive web design principles and implementation.
  • Experience implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards.
