A Blazor Developer is a software engineer who specializes in building web applications using Blazor, a framework developed by Microsoft that allows developers to create interactive web UIs with C# and .NET instead of JavaScript. They work on both client-side (Blazor WebAssembly) and server-side (Blazor Server) applications, integrating APIs, optimizing UI performance, and ensuring a seamless user experience. Blazor Developers typically have expertise in .NET, Razor components, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript interoperability.

What does a Blazor developer do?

A typical day for a Blazor Developer involves designing and implementing web application features using Blazor, reviewing code, fixing bugs, and participating in agile stand-up meetings. You’ll frequently collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA testers to deliver seamless user experiences. Beyond coding, you may work on integrating APIs, optimizing performance, and researching new Blazor features or tooling. Regular communication and problem-solving with your team are key, making this role dynamic and collaborative. As projects advance, you’ll also contribute to code reviews and share feedback to foster continuous improvement.

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders
  • Ability to work on-site in Charlotte, NC, 2–3 days per week (aligned to team schedule)
