The first interaction a guest has in our restaurants is with a member of our Front of House team. Whether it is greeting guests, taking their orders, providing table service, or helping at any other time during a guest's visit, our Front of House team members is the face of our organization. Our guests have so many choices today, so we're always looking for the best talent to make them feel at home and want to return!

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent Guest service and greets Guests immediately upon arrival with a smile
  • Listen to the Guests and take their orders, suggestively sell items, repeat their order back for accuracy, directs Guests to the drink bar, and count back change efficiently, quickly, and without error
  • Use of the company's point of sale system to take the Guest's order
  • Proper cash handling procedures are followed
  • Acknowledges and invites back departing Guests
  • Extensive knowledge of menu items, ingredients and promotions
  • Answer the telephone to assist Guests with concerns and to go orders
  • Handle complaints as necessary
  • Follow company, local, state and federal alcohol regulations
  • Maintain a clean and stocked work area
  • Follows all safety and sanitation procedures
  • Any other tasks deemed necessary by management
