Job description

As a Host, you're responsible for greeting each guest, checking their ID, and answering any questions they may have. You welcome guests as they arrive, thank them as they leave, and encourage them to come back for another unforgettable night out.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome guests as they enter and thank them as they depart.
  • Check for proper identification.
  • Support organization and cleanliness of the space.
  • Guide guests to their party or special event.
  • Make recommendations on menu offerings and activities.
  • Respond to and resolve issues – notify management when needed.
  • Act as a 16-Bit brand ambassador.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including, walking, standing, and/or lifting heavy items for extended periods of time.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends.
  • Ability to follow proper cleanliness and hygiene procedures.
  • Must work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
