Restaurant Supervisor

As a Restaurant Supervisor, youโ€™ll lead daily operations of the bistro, ensuring smooth service, quality food and beverage preparation, and an exceptional guest experience. Youโ€™ll support and train team members, manage inventory, and uphold brand and safety standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will ensure our hotel's bistro runs smoothly and efficiently, providing guests with a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Your daily tasks will include supervising bistro staff, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • You will report to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager or Bistro Manager.
  • A career as a bistro supervisor can lead to opportunities in various management roles within the hospitality industry, such as restaurant manager, food and beverage director, or even general manager.
