We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Entry-Level RV Technician to join our service team. In this role, you'll assist in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing recreational vehicles (RVs), including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems. - Inspect units for customer sales
- Learn and execute a Get Ready and customer orientation
- Assist with inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of RV systems including electrical, plumbing, propane, HVAC, and carpentry
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Help with the installation of accessories and aftermarket parts
- Document completed work accurately and assist with service records.
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures while working with power tools and hazardous materials.
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding progress or issues with repairs.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated on RV systems and service practices.
