Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Bish’s RV in Traverse City, MI. This role oversees the daily sales operations, including managing and coaching the sales team, setting and tracking sales targets, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the RV buying process. The Sales Manager collaborates with leadership and other departments to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor inventory, and maintain a well-presented showroom.
