What does a birthday party manager do?

A Birthday Party Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of birthday parties and related events. Their duties often include coordinating with vendors, managing event staff, creating schedules, handling budgets, and ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day of the party. They work closely with clients to understand their preferences and deliver a memorable celebration, taking care of details such as decorations, entertainment, food, and activities.
