Job Summary

92NY Athletics has a robust birthday party department and we are seeking a charismatic Birthday Party Assistant Coach to join our onsite team to support the growing demand of our party business. This is a year-round opportunity. This is a per diem position with a flexible schedule for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities Include
  • Support the Senior Birthday Party Supervisor with assigned birthday party administrative, logistical and customer service-related tasks.
  • Responsible for daily communications via email and phone with birthday party patrons.
  • Help with staffing logistics, including the utilization of special apps and software for staff availability and communication.  
  • Coordinate and lead parent tours of the facility.
  • Assist with payment review and processing, as needed.
  • Attend and support quarterly birthday party staff meetings.
  • Greet children and families with a positive attitude and ensure the highest quality customer experience to represent 92NY birthday parties.

Experience, Education, & Skills Desired
  • HS Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Must have prior experience in an office environment.
  • Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, proficiency in computer systems and excellent customer service skills.
