Pro Active Pest Control is currently seeking motivated individuals with construction, handyman, maintenance, or home service experience to join our growing Specialty Division.
Our Specialty Team handles advanced pest and exclusion services including rodents, bed bugs, birds, termite services, insulation, and other specialty work for residential and commercial customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, customer interaction, and working independently in the field.
No pest control experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and complete established service routes
  • Perform specialty repair and exclusion services within the scope of the team
  • Troubleshoot and identify rodent, exclusion, and pest-related issues
  • Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties
  • Perform pest treatments and specialty services
  • Exercise strong daily time management and route management
  • Communicate professionally with customers regarding services and recommendations
  • Help support company production, service, and sales goals
  • Continually refine skills, knowledge, and technical abilities
  • Follow company safety standards, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Must have or be willing to obtain a California SPCB Branch II or Branch III license (paid training provided for qualified candidates)
