Job description

The Rivers School is looking for coaches that are excited about helping our students extend the mission of our school, "Excellence with Humanity", to the athletic setting. We have a wide range of opportunities for coaches to bring their knowledge, enthusiasm, and team building strategies to all realms of play. 

Depending on position, coaches will be asked to help with tryouts and selection of teams, making all practice and game schedules, and participate in meetings with the athletics department on ways to help create the best experience for our student-athletes. Qualities that we look for in coaches, include but are not limited to the following:

  • Healthy communication skills
  • Experience working with students in an athletic setting from grades 6-12
  • Strong organizational and motivational platforms
  • Enthusiastic approach to development and growth

Salary Range- $2,000-$5,000 stipend
