What You'll Do

As a Quality Control Analyst II, you'll support the Quality Control team by analyzing data, developing dashboards, and providing reporting that helps drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain Excel dashboards, reports, charts, and performance tracking documents.
  • Analyze and interpret quality data using advanced Excel functions, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards or similar reporting tools.
  • Prepare quality inspection packets and supporting documentation.
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding units requiring dealership attention.
  • Assist the Quality team in meeting production deadlines and quality objectives.
  • Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, email correspondence, printing, and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality while interacting with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and other projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: 
    • Pivot Tables
    • Formulas
    • Dashboard development
    • Data visualization
  • Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence/dashboard software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Associate degree with relevant experience will be considered).
  • 3–5 years of Quality Control or Quality Assurance experience.
  • Lean Manufacturing experience (Six Sigma certification or training is a plus).
  • Project management experience.
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, crawl, and kneel 
  • Frequent walking throughout the manufacturing facility 
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs occasionally 
  • Ability to communicate clearly in person and by telephone 
  • Comfortable working around metal manufacturing operations and equipment
  • Specific vision ability required includes close, distance, color, and peripheral vision with depth perception and ability to adjust focus. 
  • Ability to work around machinery of all types
  • Comfortable working in a noisy manufacturing environment

Work Environment
