Job description

Oversee and manage CCURE card access system for SUB staff, vendors, tenants as well as for student organizations in the Lobo Lair. Maintain accurate records of card access in accordance with university and state procedures. Update building door hours as needed. Trouble shoot card reader issues. 

Assist the Director in Student Union Board meetings. Serve as a liaison to SUB Board for space allocation in Lobo Lair student organization offices. Update and publish annual Lobo Lair application. Collect application and report back to SUB Board to get approval to award student organizations office space.  

Assist in the development and execution of staff wellness events with the Supervisor of Admin Support. The intern will help schedule and lead committee meetings, ensuring collaboration among members and alignment with the department's wellness goals. The intern will help collect data from staff to ensure programs are effective. 

Assist in large events and conferences to help ensure the operations team is supported. Provide logistical assistance to ensure events run smoothly and customers have a positive experience. 

Provide overall support to Director and administrative staff to ensure building operations run smoothly. Assist in special projects to help further the SUB to over the highest level of service to all who enter the facility.
