What will you be doing?  

  • Responsibilities include gaining access to, calling on, and educating high value clinicians, key targets (customers), influencers, and decision makers within Corporate Urgent Care Accounts and sites of care.  

  • Maintain a proactive and methodical approach toward call objectives (e.g., clear next steps and appropriate documentation, managing to goals and putting customers at the heart of everything we do) and utilizes current digital tools effectively  

  • Adapts quickly to new tools for successful customer engagement; leverages analytics to assist with developing insights and next best action plans.  

  • Proactively build and update business plans to address all customer types and opportunities in the territory.  

  • Explore and develop new relationships, while effectively maintaining existing relationships, with key contacts and opinion leaders across varied customer base  

  • Ensure key stakeholder education and awareness of our products throughout the territory geography in both public and private sectors.  

  • Engage and develop strategic partnerships with large customers to educate health professionals on our products and company resources.  

  • Collaborates effectively and compliantly with cross-functional colleagues, including Field Medical, Reimbursement and Key Account Management, to address customer inquiries and advance business objectives. 
     

What do you need for this position?  

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree, 5+ years pharma sales and account management experience  

  • COVID, Antiviral, Migraine , and Urgent Care experience preferred  

  • Experience managing and navigating large regional to national level accounts  

  • Demonstrated ability to uncover and understand approval processes, account protocols, developing relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers  

  • Experience supporting and facilitating Buy & Bill Process including Contracting and/or Rebating with Accounts  

  • Effectively and efficiently build and maintain strong relationships while compliantly driving education and awareness  

  • Development and execution of strategic account business plans  

  • Proven track record of success  

The base pay range for this position is $109K โ€“ $140K per year. The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
