As a Sales Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be fostering strong client relationships and identifying their unique business requirements. Working closely with our Technical Recruiters, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the ideal candidate with each job opportunity.
What You'll Do:
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, lead generation, prospecting, etc
  • Use your interpersonal skills to develop, maintain and close new business opportunities
  • Effectively nurture and grow long-term relationships with new clients
  • Manage, track, and gather market intelligence using CRM tools and social media
  • Resourcefully and proactively identify and execute client growth opportunities within accounts
  • Determine and understand the business needs of the client, and their ideal candidate profile
  • Strive to meet and exceed daily and weekly performance targets
  • Effectively negotiate pay rates
  • Partner closely and work collaboratively with recruiters to fill open positions
