Job description

Overview:ย 

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you are part of an onsite staffing team working on high volume and managing certain operational tasks. The Recruiting Coordinator will provide support to theย recruiting staff in coordinating all aspects of recruiting, tracking and monitoring candidate information,ย selection and hiring of new employees, and assisting both administrative and associate operationalย tasks. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals atย all levels.

Job Location: Fort Worth, TX

Work Schedule: Primarily Monday - Friday, with occasional Tuesday - Saturday weeks as required.ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualificationsย 
  • Collaborate with client hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirementsย 
  • Develop and execute a recruiting plan and deliver effective orientationsย 
  • Overseeing the background and pre-employment screening processย 
  • Managing Requisition trackingย 
  • Create an ongoing candidate pipeline, evaluating effectiveness of the online application processย 
  • Performing FLEX operational tasksย 
  • Coordinating week by week FLEX placementsย 
  • Assist with general operational tasks assignedย 
  • Administrative tasksย 
  • Maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the recruiting industryย 
  • Experience screening, scheduling interviews and onboarding preferredย 
  • Ability to work onsite Tuesday - Saturday with modification based on business needs during peak seasonย 
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel and Word Understanding of Recruiting principlesย 
  • Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced settingย 
  • Excellent customer service skillsย 
  • Highly detail orientedย 
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others and build strong relationshipsย 
  • Ability to manage a large workload and pivot between recruiting and operational tasks in a timely mannerย 
  • Familiarity in working with deadlines and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyย 
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience preferred but not required

Salary Range: $19.69 - $24.61 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.
