Schedule M-F (Standard Business Hours of operation) (100% Remote after on-site training completed, 3-5 days)

What you'll do:
As an Accounts Payable Support Specialist, you will leave work each day feeling a sense of accomplishment. You'll join a friendly, upbeat group of people on a mission to make our clients' accounts payable process as seamless as possible. This is a busy and growing department, and by joining us you will become a valuable and essential member of the BioProcure team!
On an average day, an Accounts Payable Support Specialist:
  • Quickly and accurately enters a large volume of information into our easy-to-use software system
  • Provides excellent customer service via email and phone support
  • Develops and maintains relationships with both clients and vendors through friendly, effective, and timely communication
  • Researches, resolves, and follows up on any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Performs other duties as assigned
