What You'll Do
As a Biopharm Manufacturing Associate II, you'll support upstream biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations by:
  • Performing production activities including fermentation, cell culture, solution preparation, filtration, chromatography, and concentration processes
  • Operating and monitoring automated manufacturing equipment
  • Completing manufacturing tasks in accordance with SOPs, batch records, and GMP documentation requirements
  • Preparing, cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment and production areas
  • Performing autoclave operations and parts washing of process assemblies
  • Monitoring critical process parameters and assisting with troubleshooting activities
  • Supporting engineering, validation, and technology transfer activities
  • Participating in safety, compliance, deviation investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Validation, and Technical Operations teams
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and data integrity in accordance with cGMP requirements

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or another scientific discipline with cGMP manufacturing experience
  • OR Associate's degree in Biotechnology or a related technical field with cGMP manufacturing experience
  • OR High School diploma/GED with at least one year of cGMP manufacturing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of cGMP regulations and documentation practices
  • Experience with fermentation, cell culture, chromatography, filtration, or downstream manufacturing operations
  • Familiarity with SAP, Electronic Batch Records (EBR), or other manufacturing systems
  • Experience supporting validation, engineering, or technology transfer activities
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
