The Manufacturing Assembly Associate is responsible forprocess monitoring and optimization, quality control, documentation and reporting, equipment maintenance, training and support, continuance improvement and compliance and safety.

This position reports to the Production Supervisorand is part of the Beckman Coulter, Life Sciences Flow Cytometry Teamlocated in Indianapolis, IN and willbe an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Follow engineering drawings and Manufacturing Assembly Procedures

  • Perform electro-mechanical assembly of instrument modules

  • Perform assembly and module integration to complete final instrument

The essential requirements of the job include

  • High School degree (or equivalent degree) with 5 years' experience

  • Possess a sense of urgency, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to read and follow assembly instructions

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

  • Will be traveling to Miami, FL to train for at least 15 to 20 weeks.

    • Target hire date: September 8, 2026

    • Miami training: 9/21/2026-2/12/2027 (20 weeks)

Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

  • Using material handling equipment including hoists, hoist inspections to move parts and skids

  • Lifting, up to 50 lbs., bending, stooping, walking, ......

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Awareness of continuous improvement with participation in a kaizen project team is desirable.

  • Manufacturing in an FDA regulated environment
